I started my private coaching practice 7 years ago after spending a year in the New Ventures West Executive Coaching Course. By the time I started formally coaching, I had already been teaching ballet, contemporary dance, and yoga to Women, aged 4 - 70, for 10 years. I’m officially in my 17th year of being a mentor and facilitator. Although the subject matter shifted I’m truly still teaching the same ideas. -How to be confident in the body. -How to understand where the energy in a room is coming from. -How to impact the energy in a room. -How to use body language consciously. -How to find authenticity inside and share it with power. -How to self reflect and self correct. -How to practice enough to become an expert. -How to listen for the truth beneath the words. -How to command attention, and also how to disappear.
