Mikaal Bates is a Colorado-based Men’s Work Facilitator, Executive Coach, Speaker, Teacher, and Relationship Consultant to high-achieving individuals and organizations alike, guiding humans of all persuasions into the deepest embodiment of their highest potential.

MY JOURNEY

My mission is to serve the conscious evolution of men across the planet in our lifetime, one man at a time. I've been involved in Men's Work since 2015 and trained in the David Deida and MKP lineages, respectively. My job is to help men transform themselves from who they were taught to be into who they were born to be. Men are not toxic, men are necessary, and my passion is to help them better themselves, their relationships, workplaces, communities, and their planet. I truly believe there is no better way to help humanity than to help men awaken to the truth of who they really are, and the greatness they are capable of.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME

A recent NYC graduate, I home-base in Boulder/Denver, and travel the world in sacred partnership, leading workshops, curating ecstatic experiences, and transforming people and companies from the ground, up. I am a poet, musician, dancer, actor, athlete, yogi, amateur historian, animal-lover, & devote to the religion with no name.

My superpower is Presence. My spirit animal is a Lion or Wolf, depending on the day.

What advice would you give your younger self?
You ARE the thing already you're trying to become. Look in the mirror, get clear on your desire and pursue it fully. Stop being nice! Read Deida, Glover, Moore, Bly, NOW! ;)
