ABOUT THIS FACILITATOR
I’ve moved through my own challenges with self-esteem, stress, witnessing divorce, integrating anger, and feeling the grief of losing a family member. These experiences inspired me to cultivate mindfulness, develop powerful support networks, find deeper meaning in life, and embrace art as part of my healing path. While the journey of growth continues, I have emerged from these difficulties with clarity, empowerment, and gratitude.

MY JOURNEY
In 2014 I completed a training in Wholeness Energetics and began helping clients understand themselves and powerfully transform their lives by shifting internal belief systems. Witnessing the power of transformation and joy of changing lifelong patterns, I decided to pursue a degree in art therapy. I completed a practicum, using counseling and art therapy to help children cope and build their self-identity who have experienced trauma. I completed my internship at Pathways Hospice, using counseling, art therapy, sand-tray therapy, to help adults, children, teens, and seniors who were either in bereavement or in transition. I graduated in 2021 and started my art therapy practice as a beginning counselor candidate. I am continuing my training and currently pursuing my license.
