MY JOURNEY

Growing up with 3 older brothers I was constantly looking to keep up, be involved in athletics and started dance at the age of 3. During college, after a college rowing injury I paired Bikram Yoga + chiropractic care to recover. Inspired and curious I continued through many styles of yoga as self-discovery, mental/emotional health, and to feel the bliss. In 2020, I was ready to start my travel west from Connecticut after visiting my brother and cousin here in Denver - I took the leap where I teach yoga full-time through classes, workshops, trainings, and 1:1 work.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME

I am inspired by persona growth in discovery of understanding our minds, neuroscience, and how to propel our growth. I love getting outside for a hike or to enjoy the Colorado sun. I have a long-term vision of traveling between San z Diego, Denver, and East Coast for family, life experience, and all the things I love.
