Offering Overview
This is a club for coaches who want to explore what coaching is for them and how they might go deeper in their work with clients. We'll use my new book "This is Coaching" as a doorway from which to consider coaching and the conversation starter for our inquiries. You'll be invited to consider your unique stance on coaching as an art, what aspects of coaching you want to deepen personally, and what you current coaching super powers are. I'll be facilitating and guiding the conversation, trusting the group's wisdom and brilliance to guide us along the way.

Logistical details:
1. The book club will take place over four Wednesdays: April 26, May 3, May 10, May 17
2. Calls will be 90 minutes from 5-6:30 pm MT
3. When you register on FMZ, I will send you a calendar invite to all four dates
Structure:
Week 1: On Coaching. This week, we'll reflect on what coaching means to us.
Week 2: Where do you want to go? This week, we'll consider how we use the question of what our client wants as coaches.
Week 3: Where are you now? This week, we'll discuss what it is to clarify where we and our clients currently are.
Week 4: What's in between? This week, we'll talk through how we utilize the in between in our work.
High-level agreements:
1. Eating and drinking are A-OK.
2. Preferably, everyone will join every call...and I get if life gets in the way.
3. Constructive feedback and dissenting opinions on the book's content are absolutely allowed.
4. We'll treat each other and operate based on the values of: be leader, be integrity, be ecological, be generous and generative, be fun
