Welcome to the inaugural episode of Denver's new ‘First Monday’ series, which is designed to light you up with inspiration and tips that can be applied to your daily lives. This month's mini-wellness expo will focus on the theme of coherence and how we can create greater balance and harmony in our lives.

Join us for an enlightening and transformative experience, featuring two 15-minute activations led by local speakers who will share their insights and experiences on the topic of coherence. You'll also have the opportunity to meet like-minded people and experience a demonstration of the Theraphi technology or Lucia N°03 light, both of which have been designed to promote well-being and coherence. Come for the whole time, or for an hour or two. We've designed the evening to provide value whenever you arrive.

The highlight of this month’s event will be a workshop starting at 7pm with Allison Pelissier, one of the founders of the Zen Den, who will share practical tools and techniques for creating greater coherence in your life. During the workshop, you'll learn about the two featured technologies at the Zen Den, as well as the importance of narrative coherence and integration around challenging events.

This event is open to anyone interested in exploring the concept of coherence and learning how to create a more harmonious, balanced life.
