❖ Designed pleasure practices to do on your own
❖ Unlimited WhatsApp support
❖ 1-2 personal support sessions per week (75 min sessions each, in person or zoom).
These include a combination of kundalini yoga, energy healing and intention/goal setting
❖ Daily ritual/meditation made specifically for you and your needs and desired outcomes
❖ Journal practice (if desired)
❖ Gratitude practice and daily positive affirmations
❖ Loving accountability from me with regular check-ins via WhatsApp

2 live or zoom sessions a week is $3500 for 8 weeks. 1 live or zoom sessions a week is $2300 for 8 weeks.
