I started my wellness journey in 1998 when I worked at the Marquee Aveda Institute in downtown Denver. There was a lot of talk around essential oils and the benefits of plant science. Naturally as a result of yoga, I expanded into more mindful practices began to appreciate a more balanced diet. I was in a really bad car accident in 2002 which has consistently challenged my life with broken bones and a handful of surgeries. Finding wellness, especially yoga, was lifesaving. And while I am devoted to support my own growth through wellness, I am also human. I approach spiritual with both seriousness and levity. I believe balance in all aspects of life is important for a well rounded human experience.
Chocolate is my weakness. I sing when no one is listening.

Jeremiah was an excellent guide for my ICE experience. The gentle yoga flow helped to alleviate some tension; the breath work provided me the tools I needed when I actually got into the ice; and when I was in the water, Jeremiah’s calm voice kept me from panicking. A great experience!

An amazing experience! Yoga, icebath, and a three card pull from Elizabeth - what an incredible combination! It was so challenging, but Jeremiah did an incredible job of helping me (and everyone else) get through the discomfort. And it was lovely to start with some feel good yoga flow, and end with a fabulous reading with Elizabeth. Can't wait for the next one!
