My name is Doug Sweeney and I am an author, coach, big vibe experience curator and breathwork practitioner that is ultimately here to inspire you to shine your brightest.

MY JOURNEY

In 2016, I found myself lost, tired and depressed. Traditional medicine and therapy had ran it's course and I turned to yoga to help heal me. This led my down a spiritual journey where I discovered my passion as a DJ curating music at healing events. This passion led me to discovering breathwork and ecstatic dance. Over time, I found a style of breathwork that aligns with me and combined this with my love for vision quests to create SoulQuest... a vision quest that incorporates breathwork to move through emotional blockages, code Siddhic frequencies and activate energy centers in the body. I combine all of these practices along with my more traditionally trained skills as an experience designer to be a potent coach that can not only guide people towards a world that better supports them but do so using somatic practices that allow your body to meet where your heart wants to take you.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME

I'm half Puerto Rican and half Irish. My parents met on a disco dance floor in San Juan, PR in 1979 at a time when people from all walks of life from all over the world were starting to dance and come together more frequently. I believe I'm born to help unify people from all walks of life by empowering people to operate from a place of love and limitless possibility. I see patterns faster than most and have a keen eye for what will serve people beyond the traditional methods of healing and coaching. If you like trying new things and being on the cutting edge of the latest trends in this space - I'm someone you should follow and work with.
