MY JOURNEY

I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the art of business development from a conscious perspective. While earning my stripes in the Los Angeles marketing agency world, I felt a deepening divide between the paradigms employed in traditional business culture, and my passionate studies of yoga, meditation, and Earth-based wisdom. I knew there had to be another way—a path to successful business that, rather than compromising our values and vision, actually embraced and aligned with our dedication to the Greater Good. This knowing sparked a decade-long journey of creative discovery and service. I left the "hustle+grind" agency world and founded my own conscious digital agency, SOULPWR Creative, which flipped traditional business culture on its head and serviced countless clients across the globe in amplifying their Life’s Work for 7+ years. After 5 years in the business, my mission shifted. I felt called to empower my clients to step into their own business leadership—to confidently rise into their capacities to build their brand and make an impact through their own intuitive instincts. I knew I could teach the principles behind business design that I used daily at SOULPWR Creative... I knew if I could "teach a man to fish" the ripple of impactful leaders in our communities would be far greater. This is the mission behind Living Business Design. To put you behind the wheel of your own destiny. And to ride alongside each other into the horizon of a better future.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME

In addition to all above, I am an artist, yogi, community builder, network weaver, and queer womxn based in Denver, Colorado. Outside of "the office", I have been on a deep personal journey of healing and spirituality for the past decade. I have studied and practiced meditation from many traditions (Buddhist, Tantrik, Mindfulness). I am a trained energy healer under the tutelage of Sophia Hansen (Integrative Wellness Academy) and Trudy Welty (Philosophy of Universal Beingness Within the Whole). I have deeply studied the traditions of Tibetan Buddhism (Vajrapani Institute), Shaiva Tantra (Hareesh Wallis), and Earth-Based Wisdom (Trudy Welty). The teachings and practices of these traditions weave the foundation of my Life and everything I do. As a Sensitive committed to personal and collective evolution, my work as a business guide is an extension of my greater sense of purpose to contribute to the healing and awakening of this planet. In this purpose, I am dedicated to embodying integrity to the best of my ability in everything I do. As a human, I make mistakes and do my best to learn from them in this process. That's what Life's about right?? ;) Aside from my spiritual life, I am passionate about art and creativity (I'm a writer, singer, clothing designer, and fiber artist), cooking, travel, and time with Mother Nature.
