How We Do It
The Four Areas Of Connection
When we are deeply connected to ourselves, others, nature, and something bigger we experience the fullness of being alive.
• Connection to Self •
The awareness and intention brought to each practice are what separate routines from rituals. You will identify your current routines in your life, set intentions, and transform them throughout our six weeks together. We will reclaim our well-being and understand what it means to give ourselves time to deeply reflect and ask: How am I doing?
• Connection to Others •
Everything you do contributes to 1) your life and then 2) the collective. Together we will do this work and explore Who am I? and Where do I belong? We will translate ancient practices that allow us to be more human TOGETHER, deepen relationships we already have, and open doors to new connections. We will elevate the importance of community care alongside self-care.
• Connection to Nature •
Nature is our mirror. When we are surrounded by nature we remember what really matters. Together we will celebrate the seasons, and understand out our bodies connect to the outside world.
• Connection to Something Bigger •
When we decenter our individual experience and seek purpose in something bigger than the Self to connect to great otherness. This ‘great otherness’ will manifest differently for each of us as we develop a life of sacred ritual.
